I'm assuming these are these brand new swivel bases...do they include the tab lock, as well?

These are used. They retail new for around 95 to 100.00 so 75.00 is reasonable. They do not included the tab lock. They have the small base on them for Mag 20's.

If you are interested make me an offer. I also have all sorts of dual rod holders, single rod holders and solid booms.
