Thinking of heading out of Olcott 8/8?

I'm thinking of heading out of olcott sat. and possibly sun. could anyone give my some info. on hoe the fishing is and where to start. I'v been out of town alot lately and have reading reports on how fantastic the fishing has been. I also heard of the strong winds that changed things. I'm just looking for a little help. Thanks.
