Free Fishing During The LOC

I was wondering if during the LOC, my cousin from Virginia comes up to do a little fishing with me during the free fishing weekend of June 23 & 24, is he eligible to enter a fish if he registers but doesn't have a license? Hmmm :roll:

Morning bob just got the wife up to shovel the drivway .dont know why shes always so grumpy. i tell her its for own good someday when im gone she will need to do this herselfshe kinda understood untill i mentioned ,gone fising,gone hunting as she was walking out the door , then she got a little mad so i locked the door to give her some time to cool off,kinda feel a little guilty about not giving her a coat,aw how cute it looks like shes gonna curl up in my boat WAIT SHE NEVER GOES IN THE BOAT.................

OH OH Looks like more is brewing than the morning coffee. I got an idea, go hide at Bass Pro in Auburn till she cools off. Take her credit card just in case you run out of provisions.

I would guess that the answer would be that they would have to be licensed. For the cost of 3 day license I would hate to find out the hard way!

to possess a license.
