Took the wife out Saturday AM to a nice flat lake, sunny skies and pleasant temps.

We went 6 for 6 with 2 nice Kings and 4 nice Steelhead, including the rosiest pink male rainbow we've caught. It had beautiful pink gill plates, sides, and fins.

All were caught west of Braddocks in 180 to 280 FOW. Down temps at the 100 foot probe ranged from 42 to 60, with some very definite currents carrying the cold water in and out.

The details:

- 16 lb. King on the green-dots Spin Dr. and Hammer fly out 280 on the wire dipsy

- 5-6 lb Steelhead on the green-glow Pro-troll and Skein Machine Fly off the 80 rigger

- 5-6 lb. Steelhead on the Purple Nurple Moonshine spoon on the 100 rigger

- 7.5 lb. Steelhead on the green-glow Pro-troll and Skein Machine Fly off the 85 rigger

- 19 lb. King on the dalmation black-dots Spin Dr. and Hammer fly out 300 on the wire dipsy

- 7 lb. Rainbow on the magnum Purple Nurple Moonshine spoon cheated 10 feet above the 100 rigger

Bite was consistent from 7:45 when we got set up til 10:15, then it totally shut off. Pulled lines at 11:00.
