SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS

Wire dipsey bite was hot. 225- 250 out. One rip on the 10 color with nobody home. Spoon bite was slower than normal with two long range releases !. Down temp was very deep. 47 deg. at 130 down with a wicked current. 58 deg at 80 fow over 400ft. Temp was really deep in close. The action lit up just before sundown. Nice bait with active fish on it from 330- 420 fow. N to S troll seemed to be the best for us. Only one other boat out deep West of us off the river. It might have been the boat with the hot Steely Dan set up. Beautiful night and sunset.
