SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS

Coming up to fish the Tourney on 08/25-8/29. Staying at the WigWam at Sandy Pond. Would appreciate any Fishing reports in the area. We normally fish the area of the Dunes and mexicao bay. Hows the fishin been? Ive been checking the site the last week or so. Have not seen many reports from this area. Any input would be greatly

appreciated. ie: temp depth colors etc.land over al forecast for this week.

Went out sunday for the first time this year.. NADA for us.. Saw a couple of fish caught next to us in 100-130 ft of water out in front of the dunes. 95ft of cable out to reach the temp zone.... Hopefully it will get better!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Steelhead. Will be fishing Tuesday afternoon through Saturday. If you will be out during the week would appreciate any info on down temp as I do not have probe. Name of boat is Jersey Boy. What channel to you normally monitor?

I am also out of the pond, Green Point. I was out all weekend basically straight out worked back and forth between the dunes 115-140fow. Anything green and white was firing 100-120 down although best results were on wire back 350-400ft. Kinda slow but we ended up 6 for 15 or so, had one straighten an Atomik fly hook right out another broke the leader so there are some big ones around. Hopes this helps. We will be back up fri for sure maybe earlier work pending, boat name Jolly Rogers we scan most channels so if you want to give a call just say what channel you are on. Good luck. Dave

Picked one on 400' of wire on Saturday and on on Sunday 350' wire around 110 FOW.

Will be back at it Saturday AM till Monday.
