lost 4 big fish on wire dipseys have on for a few minutes then hooks come out? whats going on???

We can only guess as to why this happens every year? What were you using as lures spoons, fly's, meat rigs ? or were the hooks coming out of it all?

This is the time of the year that the Salmon start to get very hard jaw bones on the bigger fish.

Were you using new SHARP hooks?

Also buy looking at your report you were fishing 60 down over 125-175 FOW. They may have been steel head which have soft mouth to begin with.

Really could be a lot of things or a combination of a few IE drags to tight, setting hooks to hard, hooks getting fouled in the fly leader<<<<<------this happens this time of year also. A little dab of glue on the base of the treble hook will help this.
