1965 mercury 50

replaced condenser, coil, did not replace points but they are clean and gapped an 10 thou. motor wont even pop like it wants to start pulled plug and turned motor oven has good spark and getting gas, wondering if i screwed the timeing up or something please help thanks mike

timing belt is fine, did a compression check thats good, still has spark, sprayed starting fluid in carb still wont even pop.
