We have a Full Moon and at sunrise we have a 4mph west wind. Program suggestions please? I have never fished this lake in Sept. I am usually getting hunting camp ready.

Run offshore and fish steelhead. It is a sure bet. Staging kings can be a very first light bite and done with the full moon.

Charge up the glowing stuff and hit the inside waters (100ft or less) before sunup for kings. Glow J-plugs were good last week at the Oak. Moonshine spoons took hits as well as glow sd's and glow flies. Try mid depths to 75% down (75 feet over 100....45 over 60 ) etc. over the bottom to start, that seemed to be the strike zone last week, but things change so watch your sounder for bait and hooks nearby. Some fish have been coming off the bottom too. Steelies are active offshore in the moonlight. Again glows and flashy spoons are good. Look for the bait pods and the steel will usually be nearby. Good Luck!
