what are dippseys? what does loc mean? and should i be useing floracarbon leaders on my flys or will the leader that came with the flys work? thanks for the help

Dipsy Diver Disks. Kind of like a little in-line planer board except they dive down and can be set to go out to the side as well...Made by Jensen...You can also get Walker Deeper Diver disks (I use these), but they are basically the same. There is a dive curve chart that tells you for how many feet of line out, how far the disk will dive down.

LOC is Lake Ontario Counties (Those Counties in NY Sate that border the Lake)

If you bought your Fly from somebody like ATOMIC they probably already have a Floro Leader, but to answer your question, Yes, Use the Floro Leader
