What is the special sea duck area that is mentioned in the hunting and trapping book?

its says you may not shoot cripples under power except in the special Sea duck area, pg 47

dont belive bringly , sea ducks are very simular to regular ducks they are hard workers that have snuck across the mexican border.they dont speek english well so they dont go quack when they hear a call ,the best they can to is answer ,....see,see,see,,..............any other questions you better send my way..for the right answer.

Bringley is properly spelled with an "e" between the l and the y. Other than that ray pretty accurate post.
