My wife, my dog Max and I made it out to Hamin today. Nice West wind. Another good day of fishing. Nice steady pick. We don't keep track but we caught a lot. We quit at 10 AM because we were tired. Mostly browns, dropped a couple too. 5-20 fow using side planers, junior thunder sticks, downriggers DW spoons and double orange crush NK. Downriggers were set 3-5 feet. We've been very lucky this year. The fishing has been awesome and we've been crushing them. All the fish we caught were clean - no lamprey. The Kings haven't really moved in yet. Most of them must be on the Canadian side yet. Kings few and far between. We live on Keuka Lake so we don't get to the big pond as often as I used to. The fishing is awesome and it should be a good derby. Good Luck to all.
