Best way to ship meat?

I am going on a Pig hunt in February in Florida and I was wondering how you guys typically ship your meat home if you travel by air?

My options are:

Pay for extra air luggage with 2 coolers

Ship fed ex or ups

Anybody have experience with this?

Fed Ex or Ups, with dry ice will probably be cheaper, with the airlines you might not see your meat or coolers again. Brother in-law shipped some elk from Wyoming this

way. It arrived in fine shape.
