Line recomendations

Now that i have a little time between deer seasons I need to get my ice gear ready and am looking for a good line to put on my jig poles any thoughts ??

If you fish in a portable, I would recommend Fire line. If it ices up, it is easy to get the ice off of it.

i went with vanish last year and liked it alot, holds up better than other line somehow.

Seaguar Carbon Ice for panfish rigs, this is pretty tough stuff & can handle the odd ball big fish if you don't horse em. Fireline w/ FC leader if you dead stik or jig for lakers, skip the leader when/if you can for pike & picks.

Chower, I'm with you on Seagar. Superior Florocarbon. I tried Vanish and it is horrible stuff.
