Trade 1987 mercury 9.9 short shaft for Long Shaft 8-15 hp

Got a 1987 Mercury 9.9 hp short shaft. I am looking for a 8-15hp Long shaft. maybe we can work out a trade deal or something.

Well I was gonna keep it now that I realized it will work for me. I really would like a long shaft though....

TD, you're mounting on a full transom as well right? I used an omc swing bracket and with the long shaft my prop is below the hull when down and when it's raised, the top of the motor sits a little above the top of my transom. If you want me to send you a pic via cell phone pm me. It is nice having it closer to the top of the transom so I don't have to hang over as far.
