When you see an obstruction that you think you might snag, you simply press the Auto-Up button and they wind up, then when you’re past the obstruction, you hit the pre-programmed depth button and they go right back where you had them. You can easily override the pre-programmed depths with a push of the button. Also, you can program this thing to jig your lure up and down between two depths, how cool is that! The advanced electronic control panel has a cycle function to jig up and down. Auto-up feature stops weight at waterline. Ball storage hook prevents boat damage.
