What size tribles on flys

Ok tying up some fly leaders and was wondering what size trebles does every one use? Thinking about 1/0 or is that to big.

I use 1/0 Owners. Their will be many diff. responses to this question though.

1/0 Owner or Gammys. Both are good hooks.

I would go with two 4/0 single octopus gammys... make sure they are 4x strong...

In my opinion you get better hookups on a two singles than a single and a treble... The force of your hook set is divided among 1 or 2 points in stead of up to 4.
