Anchovie / herring rigs?

I've been searching for Rhys Davis rigs and can't seem to find them. Was told there was some sort of conflict. That kind of thing does happens. Is there some other type of rig or rigs you guys are using or prefer? I guess i should state that I will be using 4 to 6" bait on Lakes here in Calif.
