Made our first trip of the year to Fair Haven due to the junk floating in Cayuga, it was well worth the drive. Went west out of the chute, picked up

a brown as soon as we got the second rod in the water, trolled west for a little more than a mile and turned back east, stayed in 6 to 15 fow, surface

temp was 45 to 46. went east of the chute to the Bluffs and found some real dirty water with surface temp of 55 to 56 had a blast in that stuff.

On the day we went 11 /21, had a rookie on the rods  it was a riot watching. Here are 2 of them.

Good Luck to those in the derby.

Splitshot - way to go man! The two days we spent up there were crazy, apparently it's still hot fishing.

Cayuga's turning out to be a real PITA this spring, haven't been able to make it out at all.

Sounds like a fun day. Nice Brownies.

We did the Genny today and as reported it was a SLOW pick. Did browns in close early 5 of 5 then headed deeper to 70-90, 100 in some fairly warm river water. managed a couple coho 4 for 4. No pattern except came off riggers and divers down 20-35.
