Winter LOC anyone?

In order to increase tourism, this S. Korean city blocked the flow on a river, stocked a bunch of fish & has a big ice fishing tourney every January.

Some news sources say over a million attended. The city even drilled holes. Look at the kids out there.

Sounds Like A Great Idea Longline if the fish were Biting,Fishing Stinks around Here lately,Very Slowwwww.Not sure what the reason is but Every place I have been and Everyone i talk to says the Same thing.Pretty Dead. Fishing is Just not what it use to be Period! Kind of Like Deer Hunting!

Heck, I'd even sign-up...and I've never done a lick of ice fishing in my life before. We don't have "big ponds" by me in PA. I'd do the drive in the winter for a derby!
