got my settlement and im goin to set it up for browns , my ? is seein that it is a open bow center console , where should my rod holders be located ... i plan on running the planners off the front ... and will a hummin bird interfere wit my garman

Rod holders off the side, off the corners, off the back, off the top - anyplace where you can comfortably get to them quickly, safely and without interfering with other gear. (and without dropping them overboard)

Actually most planner board rod holder are the most forward located holders of all that are on the boat.
