has anyone heard when the canandaigua trout derby will be this year i missed by 2 week last year b/c i had to plan ahead.i would like to plan to make it this year

ya it sucked i ended going up and fishing the seneca derby b/c i could find out when canandaigua's derby was.i want to make sure i plan for the right weekend

I just checked the canandaigua chamber website, no info yet, and the camp good days site, no info yet.

I would put my money on June 12 and 13 as stated by cdga troller. Stay tuned.

I just heard that they have not decided on which weekend. They are actually leaning towards the 5th and 6th of June. It always use to be the weekend after the Seneca Derby, the past few years they changed it to 2 weeks after. They have their meeting this Friday and I will let everyone know what the date is.
