Downrigger Respooling?

Hi Guys,

Does anybody know were you can get your downrigger cable respooled in the mexico bay area? I tried respooing before but had problems with the cable not being tight.

Start the cable on the spool, then have someone hold on to a ball as you reel it in. If you have electrics just let the person know they will have to walk a little faster.
