The launch is open and the channel is unfroze, few Ice burgs That the crew boats are chopping up The road in is rough and the water is low.

Dean's Cove is open also, but the water is very low. Hope they let the lake rise soon.

Meyers was blocked off with barrels Wed. Also the channel by the lighthouse was blocked by a long tube. Major construction looked to be going on on the lake side of the public marina.

Someone had launched, or tried to launch, on Tues by the look of the tire tracks in the remaining snow. The water is only a couple of feet deep at the ramp. That must have been fun.

They were Supposed to start the dredging last fall, maybe they're doing it now.

The water came up about 6 in last night. Be careful on the south end. debris everywhere.

RR, do you know what the skinny is on launching at Finger Lakes Marina, if Myers is closed that's my next best option?

Dont know about that one Andy. Gettin itch to go but heck I wont be ready till april!

Also water is up another 3 to 4 in.

I was over at the lake today and at this point both Myers and Finger Lakes Marina are closed, Myers for the dredging and FLX Marina because they are afraid the concrete launch ramp is going to break due to the need to back so far out due to low water. Treman is OK.
