Got a call from a buddy last night. He was just returning from the lake and told me he went to three different launches. All were to low to launch his boat.

He has charters starting next week, and has 1' of water at his normal dock.

Not a good sign.

I noticed that at Olcott as well. Iwas down by my slip on tuesday, which is right next to the Rte 18 Bridge and the water was a good 2 feed below the high water mark, which is where it normally is this time of year. I think the lake level can be controlled at the far east end at the Power Plant, Time for the NYPA boys at the St Lawrence plant to clamp er down to bring the lake levels up.

Drove down to I-Bay this afternoon. It looks like the water is up a little since last week but still pretty low. Hopefully it will come up in the next couple of weeks
