GEAR SHIFT ADJUSTMENT/ HANK HELP!!!!

I have a 1987 with twin Merc 260 hp i/o's with full dual station controls. Starboard engine will not go into reverse. I can adjust it so I will get reverse but then I lose forward gear. I cant seem to get it just right. Is an adjustment needed on the bridge controls too. Is there an easier way to adjust it? Maybe Hank has a an idea for me to try. Any help would be great

Thanks Hank. I really appreciate it. It is pretty large boat and I have it hauled as I do not have a trailer.
