When/Where to charter f/summer salmon on Eastern Lake Ont.?

I'm looking to charter a boat with some friends for a day trip in July or August, and would appreciate any guidance on the following:

- Which part of July or August would be the best time to reserve (for the best salmon fishing conditions)?

- What would be the best locations to charter a boat from, if we are travelling from the Syracuse area?

- What to look for when choosing a charter?

A good place would be oswego or mexico bay. Not far from syracuse at all. End of july and august are USUALLY the best time of the year to catch kings in the eastern end. If you need to get a phone # for a local captain just PM me and ill give you some names and numbers.
