Splitter for VHF antenna?

Hey all,

I'm interested to know if there is such a thing. I just bought a second VHF radio and am wondering if it's possible to run two radios (and still be able to transmit on both) off one antenna. It would be handy if I could, because I need to access the front of the boat often and a second antenna would just clutter things up.
