West River anyone??

Might be heading to the West River this weekend with a buddy, but not sure if the pannies & perch are up there yet. Has anyone fished it recently and had success??

I talked to my cousin this morning 4\13 he said he fished over the weekend and caught some nice perch and some nice panfish as for the crappies i'm not sure if that bite is still on or not ? He was fishing out of a canoe not from shore I drive by there atleast once a day and there has been lots of people fishing from shore at the launch off of 245 my guess would be they are also having some luck good luck!!
