Mounted my kicker bracket

Just thought I would post some pics here. I know I was looking on here to see others mounting jobs. Mine posed a little problem with the transom having some slight angles on it. The pics don't show the small wedge shape spacers I am going to make under the lower sections of the aluminum tube. The tube is 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 aluminum tube that is 1/4" thick. All together is is going to be really rugged. TD

hey mine better still be on my boat!!! pretty good unit but i would remove moter (kick ) for road trips or what i do is rachet strap the motor tight to the boat so i dont have any road bounce weakening the mount ..as the road can be pretty tuff when ya cant avoid it..(bumps) Kinda like riding in the back seat of a school bus on a bumpy road.. maybe you could get 2 of those "bow" U-bolts and mount one on each side of kicker on transom for good tie down points
