Z boards

Has anybody used the new Z boards ? I picked up a pair of Big Daddys at Pulaski today.

I was wondering if you ran them as per instructions or if the releases are changed or modified ?

I got a set of the small ones and am pretty happy with them so far.

Had to tune one of them up just a little bit to get it to stop diving but know it's perfect.

I run mine per instructions. Hell I ran them last Sunday in 16 to 18 mph winds with a nasty little chop just to see if they would handle it and they did to my suprise.

I'm going to pick up another set.

Let us know how the big ones run after you try them.

have a set of the big ones I am going to try Saturday, going to run them with the church boards and see how they stack up.

anyone know on line the cheapest to order them? how does the back release work?

You can order them directly from z board, in pairs as well. I think the brother is like $57 for the pair.

I ran the Big Daddy Z-boards during the St. Catharine's KOTL. Tracked better than the Church boards we were running. I was only running 5 core on them and had a little problem with them diving as they were desgned for long copper. Added a little weight to the back and they worked much better with the 5 cores.

I think they will preform really well with the long copper rigs.
