While tuning-up my kicker for the season's duties, I noticed the fuel line from the fuel pump to the carb needs replaced. I checked my OMC catalog and checked availability through my online OMC parts store. They say the part is no longer available as a "part", but it can be cut from bulk OMC hose with part number 203909. And, while I am at it, I figure I should replace the hose going from the fuel line connector to the fuel pump, but when I search that part, it is also no longer available, but can be cut from OMC hose number 303617.

Can any of the OMC guru's here tell me what size hose both of these are? Is there anything special about these hoses that requires me to use this spec hose or will any marine-grade fuel line work, so as long as I can find it in these sizes? Thanks for the help!

I'm not an "OMC guru", but I can't believe that a 6hp motor would require anything bigger then 1/4" fule line. Heck, that's all I fed my old 80hp merc with.

That is about the size I'm guessing it is. it is tiny! Strange thing, however, the hose from the connector to the fuel pump is larger than the hose running from the pump to the carb.
