Tough day for me. We had 4 bites and landed only one fish...It was a freaking Smallmouth caught on a NK Green/Black/Silver spoon.

Lake Ontario is very frustrating to me because every time I fish it, the bite seems to be off. I could have stayed in the Fingerlakes and fought fish all day.

Didn't see too many nets out and only heard of a few catches on the radio.

Anyone else do good out there?

thats why its not called catching.. if i lived closer to ontario i would be there instead. any day spent on the water is a good day!!

lake ontirio will frustrate you all the time i know everytime i think i got it down I get totally slaped in the face. like today for example several boats around me where catching salmon and i could barly move a rod lol

Dave, You'll have to just drive up and come out on my boat. I am probably fishing it on Sunday if you are interested...and the following Saturday or Sunday too.
