Walleye Lure Question

Does anyone know of a lure called a Mini Spinner that was, or maybe still is, made by some guy in Canastota, NY? I've tried google but to no avail. Thanks for any info.

If its what I'm thinking about, iys very similar to an erie dearie. Have you seen one of thede mini spinners bob?

Dennis was telling me about them. I'm waiting for him to give me a better description, but it sounds it to me too. I'll let ya know
