Sunday Rainbows

Caught these rainbows aboard Rebel Charters this weekend. The first two pictures are of the same fish. The third one is another bow caught today as well. I'm sure Jerry or Larry can give you more information about them. Notice the tail and dorsal fin on the first fish. Gorgeous fish.

Nice fantail steelhead! First time I boat one of those baby's it's going on my wall. Beautiful fish!

Whats a fantail steelhead? Is it a hybred or something? Never seen or heard of them before.

Stop by American Wildlife Taxidermy on Rt. 18 West of Hilton. Greg has one that the tail is about 12" long.

A salmon river guide told me that they are a cross between a steelhead and a king. Anyone else heard that? Kinda looked like it could be right, body of a steelie and fins of a king......
