I'm still trying to put the finishing touches on Zebedee's engine swap so Brett and I were out in the little tin boat. Had a short-hit off the planer that disappeared when I grabbed the rod. We did manage to snag a small perch off the boards! Does that kick the skunk off the boat?

Warm and clear water made for some tough fishing...before we got blown off the lake when the wall of rain came through. Hoping to have the big boat ready for the weekend.
