Sounds stupid but how do most connect main line to Spin Doctor

Tie directly to Spin Dr? Use a snap? Snap Swivel?

They come with great sampo ball bearing swivels so you can just hook up directly to them, but some times I double them up because every once in a while you might pick up fleas or some kind of vegetation that might prevent it from turning so it's nice to have a back up. Just an idea. Good luck.

Main mono to a barrel swivel, 3-4 leader 20#flourocarbon, topped with a good swivel hook to the spin dr top swivel,

some lines like flea flicker, get some twist in it from the action, this kinda helps.
