Cape Cod Stripers

SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS Just returned from a trip to Cape Cod where we caught over 40 stripers to 37 1?2" in three days. Caught them on spinning rods with 10-12 lb. test casting stick baits. Today I'm headed to Black River Bay in search of walleyes.

OH STOP!!!!!! ok where in the river or on boat i know june is supposed to be the hot time off shore ,wont be heading up that way till aug this year ,,,after the good run next year i gotta get a few guys togeather for the june run ...........I hope. My son and I should be on the hudson in a couple days excelent reports from their too.

May (about now) is the time for big fish in the Canal. We were fishing from a 17' Boston Whaler on the west end of the canal near the Marine Academy in Bourne. I understand the Hudson has fished great this spring.

Nice fish! Did not put 2&2 together until Rich Kolmetz said a buddy of his had just returned from the Cape with good reports on the stripers.

Met you at a game of his a couple years back. We were "attacking" MCC with the potato gun from the restaurant parking lot after the game.
