Trolling bag

I have an 18’ fiberglass boat, and the slowest I can troll is 2.5. So I am wondering should I buy one 22†trolling bag or two 18†bags.

I have a similar boat (17.5ft fiberglass with I/O Motor) and use only one bag. gets me down to around 1 MPH. You can also adjust your power Tilt/Trim with the bag to get you down there to low speeds.
