Parts for older Cannon rear mount 2 rod holder

I am looking for what I am going to call a plastic sleeve for the adjustment section of the rear mount 2 rod holder on my

Cannon Mag 10. Photo attached.

Cannon Bottomline customer service says it was part of maybe a Cabelas rod holder system but I think his knowledge of earlier models may be limited. These are circa 1986 Mag 10's and I'm sure were bought as a complete unit. I could be wrong here though.

Anyone help me out???

no help for ya .................yes it came as one piece unit ive got 2 but their still in use,sometimes things "slip" with age try screwy lewys
