Thanks, it did what a laker does best, sat there on the bottom. we really believed we had crossed rigger cables or something .screen was full of them down there, just never really fish for them much

Treetop nice job on the Silvers... As far as the leadcore goes you have to keep a reel tightline on them because the fish is so far out.. One dip of that rod by accident or the fish swims toward you and they will shake themselves free.. Also a good solid hookset helps with the cores at least for us..... PS were you marking any fish or bait on your graph..... Thanks..Dale

fish from 80-140ft from 30 to the bottom. not much bait except a few pods. went back around 5 last night and marked alot fewer in the same area. note: some charters were fishing my guess in the 300-400 ft range, We were getting a steady pick and good screen in our spot so we didnt move. plus we didnt have a radio to listen in :( thanks for the tip on the lead dale
