i usually run 5' F DOG CHAIN OFF THRE BALL IT WILL STRIR UP THE BOTTOM LIKE BAIT FISH FEEDING;

Well if u have a little brotherthat feels the need to fish for them, then any cowbells off the bottom with a peanut behind them will do. this is a pic of him with one we caught early this week only after 15 min of trolling the bells

Silver/blue cowbells with blue/silver/red lip flatfish about 30 inches behind the bells 10 feet off the ball. I use a stacker release a couple feet above the ball and run the ball a foot or two off bottom. Also for big lakers, its hard to beat a silver dodger with a black glow sqid right down near bottom.

Spin n glow behind a PM gang troll is absolutely killin em for me this year.

Drag it low and slow just above bottom, if your cannonball hits bottom now and then , so much the better

Rumor has it that a heavy snubber followed by about 4' of Mono and the right spoon attached directly to the ball then bounced of the bottom makes for some interesting fishing using a really heavy pole but it may just be rumor...
