We didn't get started until around 8am this morning. Had a real good day. 10+ lb LT and a smaller one, several LL and a nice RB. Fishing mostly over 80 to 110ft of water and down 35 to 45. Baitfish were mostly deep with a few small pods down 20-30 ft, but it didn't seem to matter for us today. All spoons. Leadcore took a LL. Didn't even put out any flasher and flies. Fished for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I was low on gas and when I got to the marina this morning there was a sign on the pumps "out of gas." I came back to the dock from our fishing today on fumes! Had the the Boat US towing membership card out on our way back in just in case. All in all a short but nice day on the water. Good luck to those fishing on the weekend.
