2 Cannon Easi-Troll Manual Downriggers

2 Cannon Easi-Troll Manual riggers with 24" booms. Had them on my 18 foot sylvan and they worked great. They have tab lock bases and 200' of stainless cable and ball snaps. I fished Ontario and lake Erie with these and had no problem pulling 12 pound fish shaped weights. I upgraded to electric for the kids. They are in EXCELLENT condition and I am asking 200 firm for the pair. They are 1 1/2 year old.

Does these have swivel bases on them? Also, do they come with any releases or balls? I am new to trolling and trying to find some decent gear to set the boat up with, but not blow my bank account before landing a fish.

No swivel bases just tab lock bases. I didnt need the swivels and didnt want to spent the 100 a piece for em. Just cable and snaps that are ready for balls. If you are interested I will set you up with releases but you will have to get balls. (E-Bay cheap).
