Alpha 1 4.3 hard to get into forward sometimes

Its in the shop but I thought I would ask a few opinions anyway.

Pulling out of the lift in reverse, no problem. then going to neutral no problem. Going into forward it takes a little more rpm's to get it in gear than normal. Cable adjustment, new cable, electric neutral switch or other? Of course it was fine last night when taking it in. It happened 3 times out of 10 in the last week.

Check the Lower cable to the drive and make sure it works freely.

If I have my outdrive trimmed up to much it will shift hard.
