I was caught these the other day one right after the other while trying to catch a few smallmouth, What are they??????

European rudd, they are holdovers from someone dumping their baitfish: red fin shiners as they are commonly known.

They look a lot like fish I used to have in my aquarium. I think they were called rosy barbs?
