fished with dad today on a very HOT day! First fish was a decent 21# king at 141/189 on the rigger green & glow spin doctor mtn dew fly. When the fish started to scream the spinner flea build up caught in the level wind channel on the reel and came to a stop! luckily the fish turned at that same moment so I could quick clean the reel. Have never had such terrible fleas to interfere like this! When all was said and done, took a small king on a R&R monkey puke as well as a small coho that needed "help" releasing the rod all 5 hits on the riggers, none on wire. Could have been better or worse, however awesome day to be out, good luck to all! Below is a pic of the one decent fish of the day
