shimano reel repair

i sent a shimano reel to their repair center in ca. i got it back in 12 days,including the july 4th holiday. not too shabby.

Shimano has always been great that's why I only run there stuff. I snapped a 120 dollar walleye trolling rod in my window and called them. Told him in was a 1 piece how do I ship it, he told me to saw it in half with a hacksaw. 6 days later brand new rod no charge other than 8 dollars shipping to get it there.
