Launched from Keuka Lake State Park around 5:30am. Found some good marks in front of the state park so I starting setting lines in 120 FOW. Lots of fish were in the 40' range and down. 200' copper with a green dolphin SD and BW cornbread took the 1st shot before I had the second rod set...no one home. Downrigger was set at 55' with white/green dot SD and A-TOM-MIK hammer fly. Down temp was 52* at 55', surface temp was 75*. Downrigger took one laker around 22 inches and the 200' copper took four lakers. Largest laker on the copper was around 24". Weeds and other debris were bad north of state park, hardly any weeds south of the state park. Minimal amount of fleas if any which was very surprising. Two weeks ago the fleas were horrible. Off the water at 8:30am. Back out Monday evening with my 3 year old son. Hopefully we will have some pictures to post.
