Henderson Harbor Salmon Spectacular?

I did not read anything in the rules stating that you cannot fish this event solo. Do you have to have a minimum of two people on the boat? Can you fish another event the same day(Little Salmon River Challenge)? Also, are the awards ceremony on the last day or are there awards/raffles each day after the weigh in is complete? Thanks.
